You will work with ICT, FCT, EOL testers and automate production lines, while developing fixtures and coordinating with vendors for tools and fixtures to ensure high test yields and process quality.

Develop and setup test environment, test plans, cases & processes for various PCBA products, ensure all test requirements are successfully implemented and executed.
Responsible for Product offload from the customer and its PCBA Test setup with complete Automation.
Handson experience working on In-circuit tester, Functional testers, End of Line(EOL) tester, Flash programmer&Hi-pot Testersand Custom ATE’s.
Extensive Experience in developing test fixtures and Jigs for ICT, FCT and EOL testing.
Automated Production line setup of the SMT testinglineswith robots for handling the PCB’s andmodules.
Responsible for the program development of all new product & changes in program according to ECO & ECN in In-circuit testers like Keysighti3070, TERADYNETestStation, PCBfunctional Testers, Flying probeTesters , EOL Testers.
Expertise in developing PCBA Functional testers and its Hardware& software & expertise in LabView.
Responsible for the fixing all the Testers hardware, software issues and calibration issues.
Coordinate with vendor and procurement team on procuring necessary Fixtures/tools for test setup.
Actively participate in associated new project’s PFMEAs and New Product Introduction.
Handling of sophisticated instruments used for Testing through GPIB, Multiplexer cards, Power supplies, Hi-power DC/AC Sources, Monitor test failure trends in production and provide corrective actions to improve production test yields, cycle time improvements.
Develop Testing SOP and process documentation.
Skilled in C , Labview, C#.net, Matlab, develop test scripts.
Must have excellent problem-solving skills and possess good analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
Practical knowledge and ability to apply test engineering principles, techniques, theories, concepts, industry practices, regulations, and policies.
Electrical Engineering working knowledge of electronic equipment/Instruments, pneumatic and mechanical test equipment, specifications, Test measuring instruments, Test protocols & test procedures.
Must demonstrate flexibility, self-direction, and self-discipline to plan and accomplish objectives and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
Interface with customers and internal cross-functional teams to solve all testing-related issues.
Exhibits a "Can-Do" attitude and actively seeks for solutions to problems.
