Job summary

Vikin Electronics in India seeks an Electronics QA/Testing professional to perform functional testing and debugging of PCBAs and related products. You will diagnose failures with basic lab tools, read schematics and BOMs, and support quality inspections across IQC, IPQC, and final QA stages.

The role requires 1–4 years of hands-on experience in electronics testing or PCBA debugging, with preferred exposure to EMS/SMT manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / ECE / Electrical.
• 1-4 years of experience in electronics testing, PCBA debugging or electronics manufacturing quality preferred.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of electronic components and PCB troubleshooting.
• Experience in an EMS/SMT manufacturing environment will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of PCBAs and electronic products.
• Diagnose failures using multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR meter, power supply, etc.
• Debug issues related to components, soldering, PCB assembly, power rails, communication interfaces and ICs
• Root cause analysis (RCA) for failed boards and support corrective actions.
• Support IQC, IPQC and final quality inspection
• Analyze recurring production defects and coordinate with SMT, MI and Quality teams to reduce failures.
• Maintain testing, debugging and rejection records and prepare basic quality reports.
• Read and understand schematics, BOMs, datasheets and PCB layouts
