Job summary

INDIA NIPPON ELECTRICALS is seeking a seasoned PC&L Incharge to lead Planning, Control and Logistics across production, procurement and quality interfaces. You will ensure material availability, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes.

Responsibilities include end-to-end production planning, resources release, SAP S4/HANA BOM/Routing management, inventory control for RM/WIP/FG, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• End-to-end production planning and scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA BOM creation and Routing revision.
• Experience with inventory management for RM, WIP and FG.

Responsibilities

• Handle end to end production planning and scheduling to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Release and align resources weekly, monthly, and daily; track 6M plan.
• Drive utilization of resources and implement improvement actions.
• Plan budgets, map capacity and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with CFT for material planning and line production planning.
• Manage inventory of RM stores, WIP and FG warehouse.
• Maintain SAP data in BOM/Routing per Partlist; conduct stock verifications.
• Oversee budget, CAPEX and infra requirements.
• Handle PO, invoicing processes and design outputs.

Job description

The PC&L Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Planning, Control, and Logistics functions within the organization. This role involves ensuring efficient material flow, managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing the supply chain processes. The PC&L Incharge will work closely with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure that materials are available as per production schedules while minimizing excess inventory. The successful candidate will also be involved in implementing strategies for continuous improvement in logistics and inventory management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 1. Handling End to End production planning and scheduling to meet the customer delivery schedule adherence.
• 2. Monthly, Weekly , Daily Production resource requirement Release & 6M alignment Tracking.
• 3. Knowledge in TPS, kanbon system & resouce planning
• 2. Ensure Effective utilisatoin of resources & drive for improvement actions
• 3. Budget planning, Capacity mapping & improvement.
• 4. Working with CFT for Material planning , Line production planning , Pattern production, Effficiency monitoring.
• 5. Effective inventory Management of RM stores, WIP & FG warehouse.
• 6. SAP Working knowledge with S4/HANA - BOM creation, Routing creation / revision in SAP in line with Partlist.
• 7. Periodic Stock verification audit & reconcillation.
• 8. knowledge on Budget Working, CAPEX, Work on Infractructure requirements & Establishment
• 9. Knowledge on PO & Invoicing Process, Design output documents study( Dwg, Partlist )
