HR Innovation Group seeks a senior Production Planning & Control professional with 36 years of hands-on experience to lead forecasting, master planning, and procurement activities. Experience: 36 years in Production Planning & Control
1. Receive sales forecast (2 months tentative, 1 month firm) from Marketing and sales requirements
through ERP.
2. Prepare Production Plan (IMS/PPC/IF03), Materials plan for PMC (IMS/PPC/IF04), and Materials plan for bought out items (IMS/PPC/IF05).
3. Share plans with all concerned stakeholders.
4. Create work orders in ERP for next 3 days based on production plan.
5. Review material availability and arrange shortage items on priority.
6. Create alternate work orders as needed and track data to reduce shortages.
7. Monitor actual production against plan and adjust accordingly.
8. Manage stock levels of Finished Goods and Raw Materials/Components to avoid over-stocking or under-stocking.

1. Release Purchase Orders (IMS/PPC/IF06 - Domestic, IMS/PPC/IF07 - Import) based on Material Requirement Plan.
2. Ensure PO accuracy and obtain HOD approval.
3. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
4. Evaluate supplier performance (Quality: 70%, Delivery: 30%).
5. Address quality issues with suppliers and obtain corrective action plans.
