Job summary

NoBroker is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our Bengaluru-based team. This full-time, in-office role requires proactive outreach, rapport-building with prospects, and solution-driven selling to convert leads into customers.

You'll handle outbound calls, follow-ups, and qualify opportunities while maintaining high standards of service. The position demands strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to login for long shifts between 8 AM and 10 PM across six days a week.

Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal, numerical and analytical abilities.
• Decision making skills.
• English & Hindi or English & another South Indian language required.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Willingness for day shifts and login between 8 AM–10 PM.
• Willing to work 6 days a week with weekday off.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by prospecting.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• Outbound calling on data from lead generation and secondary sources.
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
• Maintain quality service by upholding organisation standards.
