Job summary

The role focuses on end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and robust HR operations. You will manage salary calculations, payroll documentation, and respond to employee payroll queries.

Qualified candidates bring 3–7 years in payroll, a graduate or PG in HR, strong MS Excel, and hands-on experience with statutory compliance and payroll systems like greytHR, Zoho, or Nitso.

• Strong MS Excel and payroll systems knowledge.
• Hands-on statutory compliance and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing, salary calculations, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus, and Gratuity.
• Maintain employee records and payroll documentation.
• Address employee payroll queries and timely resolution.
• Prepare payroll MIS, reports, and management dashboards.
• Handle offer letters and employee onboarding.
• Work on HRMS/payroll software such as greytHR, Zoho, Nitso, or similar platforms.

HlinkeR Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Payroll Specialist for deployment at our client location in Noida. We are looking for a payroll professional with strong expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, salary calculations, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus, and Gratuity.
• Maintain employee records and payroll documentation.
• Address employee payroll queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare payroll MIS, reports, and management dashboards.
• Handle offer letter issuance and employee onboarding.
• Work on HRMS/payroll software such as greytHR, Zoho, Nitso, or similar platforms.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3-7 years in Payroll, HR Operations & Compliance.
• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and payroll systems.
• Hands-on experience with statutory compliance and payroll processing.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in staffing or consulting organizations will be an added advantage.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, effective coordination, timely query resolution, and ensuring client satisfaction with payroll and HR services.
