Job summary

Ideal Placement And Consultants is seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations for about 700 employees, time office activities, attendance management, and statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and other requirements.

This temporary 3-month role is located in Nagarjuna Hills, Panjagutta, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while supporting HR operations and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end payroll operations for a large workforce.
• Proficient in time office activities and attendance management.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS and related statutory requirements.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations of around 700 employees, time office activities, attendance management, and statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
• Maintain employee payroll records
• Ensure timely processing of reimbursements, incentives, overtime, and statutory deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports and MIS for management review.

Time Office & Attendance Management

• Manage employee attendance, shift schedules, leave records, and overtime calculations.
• Monitor and maintain attendance data through biometric and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance-related discrepancies.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate statutory filings, returns, and audits.
• Maintain compliance records and support internal and external audits.

HR Operations Support

• Manage employee data updates and documentation
• Generate payroll-related letters and reports.
• Support onboarding and exit formalities related to payroll and statutory settlements.
• Assist in Full & Final Settlement processing.
