Job summary

TalentCorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (TSPL Group) in Pune seeks a Payroll & Compliance Executive with 1-3 years of experience to handle end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client organizations and manage bulk manpower.

The role requires verifying attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs while ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and labour laws). Preference given to candidates from staffing, manpower outsourcing, payroll services, HR

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client organizations.
• Experience with statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and labour laws).
• Exposure to NAPS/NATS apprenticeship processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client companies and bulk manpower.
• Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions and other payroll inputs.
• Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and labour laws.
• Prepare payroll MIS, salary registers, compliance reports, challans and statutory returns.
• Coordinate with clients for attendance data, payroll inputs, approvals and employee requirements.
• Resolve payroll and compliance queries from employees and clients.
• Maintain accurate employee master data and payroll records.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Operations and Finance for payroll execution.
• NAPS & NATS apprenticeship onboarding, attendance, stipend processing and documentation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Payroll & Compliance Executive with experience in end-to-end payroll processing, bulk manpower management, and statutory compliance for multiple client organizations. Candidates from staffing, manpower outsourcing, payroll services, HR consulting, or workforce management companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client companies and bulk manpower.
• Verify attendance, leave, LOP, overtime, incentives, deductions and other payroll inputs.
• Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and applicable labour laws.
• Prepare payroll MIS, salary registers, compliance reports, challans and statutory returns.
• Coordinate with clients for attendance data, payroll inputs, approvals and employee-related requirements.
• Resolve payroll and compliance-related queries from employees and clients.
• Maintain accurate employee master data, payroll records and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Operations and Finance teams for smooth payroll execution.
• NAPS & NATS Preferred Basic knowledge of NAPS/NATS apprenticeship processes will be an advantage.
• Exposure to apprentice onboarding, attendance, stipend processing and documentation.
• Understanding of DBT, apprenticeship contracts and NAPS/NATS portals will be preferred.
• Candidates from Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing, Payroll Services, Recruitment, HR Consulting, or Workforce Management companies will be preferred.
