Job summary

Svgs It Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to manage end-to-end payroll operations from Noida Sector 62. The role ensures compliance with applicable laws, maintains employee payroll records, and handles payroll-related queries efficiently.

You will oversee payroll execution, verification of leaves, compliance with tax regulations, data management, and reporting in an ERP environment, collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with payroll software.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Execution: Process regular payroll cycles, including calculations for wages, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
• Verification: Validate leaves and records for accuracy.
• Compliance: Ensure payroll activities align with labor laws and tax regulations; assist year-end tax filings.
• Data Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records and coordinate with HR on changes.
• Inquiry Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for payroll queries.
• Reporting: Generate payroll reports and post payroll journals in the ERP system.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Processor to manage and execute end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with applicable laws, maintain employee payroll records, and handle payroll-related queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Execution: Process regular payroll cycles, including the calculation of wages, additional allowances, bonuses, and mandatory deductions (TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)
• Verification: Verification of Leaves and records
• Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities align with labor laws and tax regulations; assist with year-end processes, including tax filings and Form 16 distribution.
• Data Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records and coordinate with HR teams to reflect new hires, terminations, or salary adjustments.
• Inquiry Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related employee queries.
• Reporting: Generate comprehensive payroll reports for review. Posting payroll journals in the ERP system.

Requirements & Qualifications

Working Conditions
