• Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, LWF.
• Coordinate with statutory agencies for approvals and filings.
• Handle employee grievances and redressal processes.
• Perform HR analytics to support decisions.
• Proficient with HRMS software for core HR tasks.
