Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive HR experience across payroll, compliance and operations.
• Strong payroll, compensation & benefits knowledge with HR operations expertise.
• Experience in Engineering/Infrastructure/ EPC/ Consulting preferred.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
