You will collaborate with business, finance, and technology teams to manage migrations, vendor relationships, and PCI-DSS compliance while establishing governance and metrics for large-scale programs.

• Manage reconciliation and settlement processes, identify gaps, drive automation, and align systems and ledgers.
• Bridge business, finance, operations, and technology teams during implementation and migration programs.
• Manage relationships with payment processors, card networks, banking partners, and third-party vendors.
• Establish governance frameworks, timelines, and success metrics; provide regular leadership updates.
• Ensure PCI-DSS requirements, network mandates, and industry regulations are met.

• Act as the bridge between business, finance, operations, and technology teams during implementation and migration programs.


• Manage relationships with payment processors, card networks, banking partners, and third-party vendors.


• Establish governance frameworks, timelines, and success metrics for implementation and migration projects, and provide regular leadership updates.


• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS requirements, network mandates, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Payments, FinTech, or Banking domains.


• Proven experience in leading large-scale migration and implementation programs from planning through stabilization.


• Strong understanding of payment processing flows, settlement cycles, and reconciliation practices.


• Hands-on functional exposure to payment platforms and reconciliation tools.


• Experience working with card networks, processors, and banking partners.


• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and program management skills.


• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.


• Experience with BIN sponsor migrations or core processor transitions.


• Familiarity with reconciliation and ledger automation tools.


• Exposure to payment compliance frameworks, including PCI-DSS and scheme network rules.
