Job Description:In Scope of Position based Promotions (INTERNAL only)Job Title: Payment processing Analyst, NCTLocation: Bangalore, IndiaCorporate Title: NCTRole DescriptionPayments Processing is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all types of payments including processing of physical cash/valuables, as well as the handling of cash related investigations.Work includes:Processing time-critical transactions on behalf of the bank's internal and external clientsEnsuring that procedures are properly executed to reduce processing risk and identify potential areas for process improvement whether internally within the bank or for our clientsManaging relationships between front office and external partiesEnsuring that all payment-related information and relevant parties are processed according to established Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and industry guidelines. It is also a key enabler of effective delivery of the bank’s HR strategy through the provision of expert knowledge and support on HR policies, prog`rammes, processes, and people strategy and ensures consistent application of HR best practice.This position support UK region to cover all Employee Life cycle processes.
