Job summary

RUDRAKSH FAB PRIVATE LIMITED in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, invites a skilled Pattern Maker to join our on-site production team. You will translate designs into production-ready patterns, draft and adjust patterns, and coordinate fittings with designers, cutters and production staff to ensure precise garment construction.

You will use CAD tools for pattern drafting and modifications, maintain pattern records, and support sample development.

Qualifications

• Strong pattern design and pattern making skills with production-ready patterns.
• Experience with fittings and garment adjustments for proper silhouette.
• Practical sewing knowledge to understand construction methods and seam allowances.
• Proficiency in CAD tools for pattern drafting, grading, and modifications.
• Attention to detail, good measurement skills, and ability to read technical specs.
• Effective on-site collaboration with design, cutting, and production teams.
• Background in garment/textile manufacturing; knowledge of Indian apparel market is an advantage.
• Diploma or vocational training in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or Textiles is preferred.

Role Description

The Pattern Maker role is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. The Pattern Maker will create accurate patterns for garments and textile products based on design specifications, measurements, and technical sheets. Daily tasks include drafting and adjusting patterns, coordinating fittings, and collaborating with designers, cutters, and production staff to ensure proper garment fit and construction. The role also involves using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools where needed, overseeing sample development, and maintaining pattern records for consistent production runs. The Pattern Maker will contribute to quality control by identifying pattern issues, optimizing fabric usage, and ensuring patterns meet production and customer requirements.

• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools used for pattern drafting, grading, and modifications.
