Job summary

N Human Resources & Management Systems in Lucknow is seeking a Senior Pattern Maker to be the technical backbone of the studio. You will develop production-ready manual patterns, lead fittings, and ensure luxury-level construction and fit for couture garments.

This on-site, full-time position requires a proven track record in manual pattern making for high-end apparel, a strong portfolio, and willingness to relocate to Lucknow. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior-level manual pattern making (luxury / couture).
• Strong expertise in garment construction.
• Experience with corsets, structured tailoring, gowns, and complex silhouettes.
• Ability to independently deliver from design to production-ready output.
• Strong portfolio showcasing construction-heavy work (not CAD-based).
• Willingness to relocate to Lucknow (on-site role).

? Note: This role is strictly for manual pattern makers (No CAD usage).
