Senior Pattern Maker | Vietnam & Thailand Citizens

As the Senior Pattern Maker , you will act as the technical backbone of the studio . You will be responsible for developing production-ready manual patterns , leading fittings, and ensuring the highest standards of garment construction and fit. Note: This role is strictly for manual pattern makers (No CAD usage).Require candidates from Thailand/Vietnam who are willing to relocate to India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop manual patterns from design sketches for high-end garments
• Create production-ready patterns with precision in fit, balance, and construction
• Perform grading across full size ranges
• Lead fittings and technical corrections with proper documentation
• Ensure all garments meet luxury-level quality standards
• Collaborate closely with the design team
• Mentor junior team members / tailors as the team expands
• Maintain detailed documentation of patterns, corrections, and processes

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in senior-level manual pattern making (luxury / couture)
• Strong expertise in:
• Garment construction
• Fit & balance
• Experience with corsets, structured tailoring, gowns, and complex silhouettes
• Ability to independently deliver from design to production-ready output
• Strong portfolio showcasing construction-heavy work (not CAD-based)
• Willingness to relocate to Lucknow (on-site role)
