Job summary

Dualmirror Healthcare Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to ensure patients receive appropriate care across our partner hospitals. You will serve as a liaison among patients, doctors and hospital staff, coordinating appointments, referrals and care updates with sensitivity and confidentiality.

You will maintain accurate patient records, guide patients through diagnosis and treatment options, and support families to ensure informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in patient coordination or hospital administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Zoho CRM familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between patients, doctors, and hospitals to ensure smooth communication and coordination of care.

• Schedule and confirm appointments, consultations, and procedures with relevant specialists.
• Coordinate with hospital teams for timely updates on patient cases, including registration, bills and discharge summaries.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the system.
• Provide empathetic support to patients and families, ensuring they feel informed and cared for.
• Track patient progress and follow up post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations or logistical challenges efficiently.

Role Overview

As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will be ensuring that our patients receive the right care in our partner hospitals. For that, you'll maintain a very good relationship with our partner hospitals and their staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between patients, doctors, and hospitals to ensure smooth communication and coordination of care.
• Help patients understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and referral processes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, consultations, and procedures with relevant specialists.
• Coordinate with hospital teams for timely updates on patient cases- registration details, Patient Bills and discharge summary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the system.
• Provide empathetic support to patients and families, ensuring they feel informed and cared for.
• Track patient progress and follow up post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations or logistical challenges efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in patient coordination, hospital administration, hospital sales, or healthcare operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ZOHO CRM familiarity would be preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
