Job summary

Nextenti Tech Private Limited in Hyderabad invites applications for a patient services counsellor. You will guide customers through required services, check readiness for tests, and manage token systems at billing counters to ensure comfort.

You will help customers choose test packages, explain precautions and timings, ensure samples reach the lab on schedule, and coordinate with branches during emergencies. This on-site role supports billing during staff shortages.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Guide the customer for the required services and ensure their comfort in all the processes.
• Check patient readiness for requested tests.
• Quality line management and token system at billing counters for comfort.
• Help customers in selecting packages for different tests and explain precautions and timings.
• Ensure customers are guided to complete tests within the specified time.
• Ensure collected samples reach the central laboratory as per the logistics route plan.
• Follow-up on samples dispatched with the processing center.
• Keep a tab on report delays if any and promptly inform the concerned about the same.
• Arrange for home delivery of MRI/CT/NM reports for patients convenience.
• Collaborate with other branches in case of emergency service breakdowns, to transfer patients with minimum fuss.
• Support billing desk during staff shortage.
• Apart from the above the position holds such responsibilities that are assigned in due course.
