Job summary

Drlogy is seeking a Patient Relationship Executive to support patients and attendants, coordinate healthcare services, and resolve service-related concerns. You will gather feedback and ensure a positive patient experience across the care journey.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in patient relations, a Graduate or Post Graduate degree, and strong communication and grievance-handling skills. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in India.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and attendants throughout their service journey.
• Provide information on appointments, doctors, tests, reports and services.
• Coordinate appointments, diagnostic investigations, and follow-up services.
• Assist patients with registration and service navigation.
• Address patient queries and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with front office, laboratory, billing, sample collection, and clinical teams.
• Follow up on pending or unresolved patient concerns.
• Collect patient feedback and communicate improvement opportunities to management.
• Assist with home-collection and report-delivery coordination where applicable.
• Maintain records of patient interactions, complaints, and feedback.
• Support customer-retention and patient-satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Prepare service-related reports and MIS as required.
• Follow organizational SOPs, patient-service standards, and quality procedures.
