Patient Counselor is responsible for counselling patients and couples regarding fertility treatment processes, appointments, investigations, and centre services. The includes understanding patient concerns, explaining treatment-related information within the assigned scope, coordinating with clinical teams, supporting treatment journey communication, and maintaining accurate records. The counselor promotes clear communication, patient comfort, confidentiality, and a supportive experience throughout the treatment process.

• Interact with patients and couples in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Understand patient concerns, questions, and treatment-related requirements.
• Explain the general treatment process and centre procedures within the assigned scope.
• Coordinate counselling sessions with IVF consultants and clinical teams.
• Assist patients in understanding appointments, investigations, and treatment schedules.
• Provide non-clinical information regarding centre services and processes.
• Support communication between patients and doctors or nursing teams.
• Follow up with patients regarding scheduled visits and treatment milestones.
• Address routine patient queries and escalation clinical questions appropriately.
