Job summary

Centre For Sight in Hyderabad is seeking a detail-oriented support staff member to assist in patient flow and clinic operations. The role involves carrying files between floors, explaining the dilation procedure to patients, and preparing/maintaining blue slips before and after dilation.

You will also ensure feedback forms are completed, log equipment breakdowns, assist handicapped patients, maintain floor hygiene, and keep the OPD room checklist up to date daily.

Responsibilities

• Carrying files to the desired floor.
• Explaining dilation procedure to patients and dilating them.
• Blue Slips Entries before/after dilation.
• Ensuring that the patients fill the Feedback Forms properly.
• Filling the complaint of equipment breakdown in the equipment breakdown register.
• Assisting handicapped/wheel chair patients.
• Ensuring floor hygiene & cleanliness & informing the concerned person for necessary action.
• OPD room checklist to be maintained on daily basis.
