Support and develop Stellantis Parts Assistance Centre.

Process direct ship invoices and credits.

Key Accountabilities
Support and develop Stellantis Parts Assistance Centre.
Ensure superior customer service by providing accurate and timely parts catalogue interpretations, guidance and information.
Cross‑training of internal Stellantis related systems.
Develop and support all communications to internal teams and dealers.
Partner with Inventory, Purchasing and the Warehouse on a daily basis, providing assistance in all areas.
Ensure DPAC response and case closure times meet department KPIs as set by management.
Process allocated direct ship invoices and process credits, returns and revise POs.
Implementation of new and improved dealer processes to increase dealer service levels.
Project work to support and develop business strategies and procedures.
Partner with Aftersales Marketing team to support processing of SPOs (Special Parts Orders) and SPRs (Special Parts Requests) from the dealer network.
Support the planning team with new model parts readiness.
Process all internal orders.
Communicate with source market customer care teams to resolve DPAC cases.
