WAI GLOBAL is seeking a Product Support & Catalog Analyst to drive catalog initiatives, manage product data, and support regional part releases. The role emphasizes ACES/PIES standards, data governance, and collaboration across MDM, ERP, and PIM systems.

You will participate in evaluating catalog software for the North America region, help shape product platforms, and ensure data quality to maximize market coverage and revenue.

Qualifications

The Product Support & Catalog Analyst plays a key role in executing product and catalog initiatives by supporting research, product data management, and the setup and release of parts for regional vehicle applications. This position helps drive revenue growth while ensuring all products meet required fit, form, and function standards in line with or exceeding OE specifications within assigned categories.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update catalog data using ACES and PIES standards, and generate regional coverage reports and customer-facing communications.
• Support the evaluation, preparation, and rollout of new catalog software for the North America region.
• Assist in executing regional product and catalog strategies, contributing to the development of product platforms that maximize coverage and revenue within the assigned market, leveraging data aligned with regional expectations for quality, pricing, and value.
• Work cross-functionally with MDM and item release teams to ensure accurate setup and maintenance of new part data.
• Perform OE part number research and identify high-impact applications to prioritize for catalog inclusion with strong efficiency.
• Contribute to global PIM strategy initiatives and support content creation efforts.

Requirements

Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills Required)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience across product management, cataloging, and research, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or industrial distribution sectors.
• ACES and PIES standards knowledge.
• Exposure to process optimization, project management, new product introductions, and product launches.

• Understanding of the automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, or related industries (e.g., industrial products, B2B/B2C eCommerce) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with product information and catalog management systems.
