You will engage in market research, partner onboarding, and business development activities with banks, travel brands, e-commerce platforms, and fintech partners.

The role offers hands-on exposure to building partnerships, preparing proposals, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential partners/brands across multiple industries.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners.
• Support outreach through LinkedIn, email and other professional channels.
• Assist in preparing partnership proposals, presentation and commercial decks.
• Coordinate meetings with prospective partners and maintain meeting notes.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain partnership trackers, CRM and MIS reports.
• Support cross-functional teams during onboarding and partner launches.
• Assist in preparing business reports, dashboards and management presentations.

The role offers hands‑on exposure to building partnerships with leading banks, travel brands, e‑commerce platforms, D2C brands and fintech companies. The intern will work closely with the Partnerships team on business development, market research, partner onboarding and strategic initiatives.
