Job Title: Partnerships & Influencer Growth Manager

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role

We’re looking for one driven person who can build, manage, and scale channel partnerships and influencer relationships. This role sits at the intersection of business development, marketing, and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and onboard channel partners (agencies, platforms, resellers, communities)
• Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships
• Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners
• Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and collaborations
• Track performance of partnerships and influencer campaigns
• Manage partner onboarding, communication, and enablement
• Build repeatable processes for partner acquisition and activation
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align growth efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in channel partnerships, influencer marketing, or alliances
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify win-win partnership opportunities
