Job summary

InApp in Thiruvananthapuram is seeking a Partnership Operations Analyst to own data, tracking, and reporting backbone for the partnerships function. You will manage certification pipelines, MDF utilization, and partner agreement status, preparing materials for internal and board reporting.

Key responsibilities include maintaining partner registrations, tracking alliance pipelines in CRM/spreadsheets, and producing monthly and quarterly reporting packs.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and basic data modeling.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive data-hygiene tasks.
• Ability to synthesize data into clear, presentation-ready slides (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
• Clear written communication for status updates and reporting summaries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update tracking of certifications, co-sell deal registrations, and MDF utilization across hyperscaler partners.
• Track strategic alliance, peer alliance, and enterprise partnership pipeline and milestone status in CRM/sheets.
• Prepare monthly steering committee packs and quarterly Board reporting materials.
• Monitor partner agreement renewal dates and flag upcoming deadlines.
• Support basic partner portal administration (AWS Partner Central, Azure/GCP equivalents) under guidance.
