Job summary

Ava Software is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support cloud partnership programs, funding requests, certification tracking, and portal maintenance. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely signoffs and documentation.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, proactive coordination, and effective use of Microsoft 365 tools, with an opportunity to grow in cloud partner programs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from any stream; B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, BBA or MBA.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Excel (filters, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, simple formulas).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate trackers and reports.
• Well-organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
