Job summary

Dailyhunt is seeking a Partnerships Manager/Sr. Manager - Strategic to build and scale a portfolio of lending and financial partnerships from Bengaluru.

You will own the lifecycle from prospecting to launch, define pricing and terms, and collaborate with product, risk, and legal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution. Ideal candidates have 4-8 years in partnerships, with a track record of driving partner-led growth and revenue, and are comfortable negotiating and closing complex

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard lending, financial and strategic partners, including banks, NBFCs, fintechs, merchants and ecosystem partners.
• Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle: prospecting, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, integration and launch.
• Define partnership models, commercials, pricing and business terms aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead commercial and legal negotiations and drive agreements to closure.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Translate business requirements into product and technology solutions, including API integrations, digital onboarding and BRE.
• Drive business volumes, revenue, customer acquisition and partner-led growth through scalable strategies.
• Improve the partner funnel by analyzing stage-wise drop-offs and implementing initiatives to enhance conversion at each stage.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners and drive corrective actions on performance gaps.
• Scale existing partnerships, improve partner productivity, deepen relationships and expand the partnership portfolio.
• Ensure timely execution of partner initiatives, campaigns, integrations and end-to-end fulfilment.
