Job summary

Fit Square in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Associate to expand our access by onboarding balance target gyms across the city. You will travel daily to gyms, coordinate categorizations, staff contacts, photoshoots or virtual tours, and ensure a smooth live rollout.

You will build the pipeline from lead generation to onboarding, support partner operations, and drive easy integration of new features.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in partnerships, field sales, operations or similar external-facing role.
• Comfort with daily travel across Bangalore and field-heavy working style.
• Strong communication skills with owners, managers and front-desk teams.
• Balance new partnerships while helping existing partners operate smoothly.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets, CRMs and basic reporting tools.
• Fluency in Kannada, English and Hindi expected.

The primary role is to increase Fit Square s access across Bangalore by onboarding the balance target gyms. Post expansion, the candidate will support end-to-end servicing of Bangalore s partner network, ensuring smooth operations and easy rollout of new processes, platform updates, and staff communication.
