Job summary

HealthONTime Private Limited is seeking a Partner Onboarding Manager to identify, onboard, and manage diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers on the HealthONTime platform. You will lead end-to-end onboarding, build strong partnerships, and negotiate terms to optimize service offerings.

The role requires coordinating with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, and scalable service coverage across

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential healthcare partners (labs, hospitals, clinics).
• Manage onboarding end-to-end from kickoff to live on the platform.
• Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial partner relationships.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, margins, and service levels.
• Coordinate with Operations, Legal, Finance, Tech, and Support for onboarding.
• Ensure partner documentation, pricing, and offerings are complete.
• Expand service coverage by onboarding new locations and providers.
• Monitor partner performance, quality, and customer feedback.
• Identify gaps and work with partners to improve service quality.
• Maintain onboarding pipeline and report progress regularly.

About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Onboarding Manager to join our Business Development / Partner Management team. The role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare service providers on the HealthONTime platform.

What You Will Do

• Identify and approach potential healthcare partners including diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare service providers.
• Manage the complete partner onboarding process from initial discussion to successful launch on the HealthONTime platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, margins, service levels, and other partnership requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Legal, Finance, Technology, and Customer Support teams for smooth partner onboarding.
• Ensure partner documentation, agreements, pricing, services, and other required information are completed accurately.
• Work with partners to expand HealthONTime's healthcare service offerings and coverage across different locations.
• Monitor partner performance, service quality, turnaround time, cancellations, and customer feedback.
• Identify operational gap(s?) and work with partners to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Maintain the partner onboarding pipeline and regularly report progress and business opportunities.
