Role Overview

Seeking a highly skilled composites industry expert to support us in enhancing our quality, manufacturing processes, and training systems. This role requires a hands‑on approach to process optimization, structural analysis, and production improvements. The consultant will be required to visit our Kanpur facility for 1‑2 weeks over two months (or as per company needs) and be available for remote consultations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on composite materials, manufacturing processes, and structural analysis.
