Job summary

PACIFIC in Jaipur is seeking an experienced Security and Parking Operations Manager to lead security operations for a mall and oversee parking facilities. You will supervise security personnel, develop SOPs, and coordinate with local authorities to ensure a secure, compliant environment.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience in large facilities, strong CCTV and access control knowledge, and proven leadership and vendor-management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in security and parking management.
• Experience in shopping malls, commercial buildings, retail, hospitality, or large facilities is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire safety, and emergency response.
• Familiarity with parking management systems and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all security operations for the mall premises.
• Supervise deployment and performance of security & agency personnel.
• Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and access control mechanisms.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability checks.
• Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when required.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety and security regulations.
• Oversee daily parking operations, vendor management, and cash processes.
• Monitor parking occupancy and optimize vehicle flow during peak hours and events.
• Handle customer complaints related to parking and ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure maintenance of parking equipment, barriers, ticketing, and signage.
• Manage security supervisors, guards, and parking staff; prepare rosters and training.
• Conduct regular training on emergency response, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Evaluate staff performance and ensure adherence to standards.

• Ensure proper maintenance of parking equipment, boom barriers, ticketing systems, and signage.

Team Management

• Manage security supervisors, guards, parking supervisors, and parking attendants.
• Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower planning.
• Conduct regular training sessions on emergency response, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Evaluate staff performance and ensure adherence to operational standards.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with fire safety norms and emergency evacuation procedures.
• Conduct mock drills and coordinate with facility management during emergencies.
• Maintain records of incidents, visitor management, and statutory documentation.
• Work closely with facility, engineering, housekeeping, and operations teams to maintain a secure environment.

Candidate Requirements
