To design, implement, and oversee Tribeca Highstreet mall loss prevention, security, and safety frameworks that minimize financial loss, prevent incidents, ensure statutory compliance, and safeguard people, property, and operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies covering theft, fraud, shrinkage, cash handling, and operational risks.
- Identify potential loss areasacross common areas,parking, cash points,and back-of-house operations.
- Conduct monthly / Quarterly risk assessment report and recommend preventive control.
- Ensure all AMC’s of equipment’s related to safety / Security / fire are renewed a month prior to expiry.
- Audits, Compliance & Controls
- Perform weekly / Monthly security, safety,and operational audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory norms, mall SOPs,insurance requirements, and legal standards.
- Monitor adherence to ethicalapprehension procedures and investigation protocols.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits (In-house / External Auditors).
- Security Systems &Technology Oversight
- Oversee CCTV surveillance systems,access control, alarms,and monitoring rooms.
- Ensure optimal camera coverage,system uptime, and data retention.
- Review footage and analytics to identify trendspattern, vulnerabilities, and repeat incidents.
- Parking Management
- Plan and implement a traffic flow plan to reduce Traffic Congestion.
- Ensure that all signages / lighting, and trained parkingstaff
- Ensure proper segregation for two-wheelers, cars, EVs, taxis,and delivery vehicles
- Sink with mall parkingteam for bettercustomer experience in terms of space management
- Coordination with security and Leasing team to remove unauthorized parkingin front of mall.
- Audit and Control ParkingRevenue.
- Prevent revenue leakage throughautomation and audits
- Keep fire lanes, ambulanceroutes, and emergencyexits clear at all times
- Ensure compliance with fire and safetyregulations for high-footfall environments
- Crisis & EmergencyManagement
- Develop, maintain, and test Emergency ResponsePlans (ERP) for:
- Crowd control situations
- Natural or man-made disasters
- Act as the IncidentLead during emergencies until resolution.
- Conduct mock drills and training programs.
- Manage and mentor ERT members, securitysupervisors, and guards.
- Conduct regular training on:
- Emergency response
- Enforce discipline, performance standards, and ethical conduct.
- Retailers Compliance Audit
- Shop act
- FSSAI license
- Fire NOC if applicable
- Health NOC
- Store Insurance Copy
- Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly loss prevention reports.
- Analyze trends related to theft, incidents, near misses, and operational gaps.
- Present insights and recommendations to mall management.
