Vivero International Pre-School is seeking a Parent Relationship Manager in Pune to drive enrolments through targeted marketing, events, and community engagement. The candidate should have a graduate degree with 2–5 years in hospitality, sales, or marketing, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2-5 years experience in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing or Front-Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual enrolment targets by driving campaigns and walk-ins.
• Plan and execute events and marketing campaigns to increase footfalls.
• Conduct market studies and research to identify opportunities.
• Manage inquiries and close admissions effectively.
• Ensure timely collection of school fees for programs.
• Enhance parent satisfaction and resolve concerns with School Head escalation when needed.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities and outcomes.
• Follow up on all sales/marketing activities in a timely manner.
• Keep School App and website information updated.
• Coordinate with vendors for school-related materials and services.
• Handle admissions and withdrawals administrative tasks; support student management.
• Build strong bonds between the school and parent community.
• Conduct events as needed per Corporate Team guidelines.

Primary Deliverable: To achieve student number targets assigned by proactively marketing the school in the local catchment area by maximizing walk-ins and converting them into enrolments.

Job Description:

• Achieving Monthly and Annual Enrolment Targets which have been finalized in consultation with Management


• Conceptualising & organising events and marketing campaigns to ensure footfalls


• Conducting Market Study & Research


• Manage the inquiry process and ensure effective closure


• To ensure timely collection of fees for various school programs


• Constantly devise ways to increase parent satisfaction


• Resolve parent concerns and queries sympathetically and elevate them to the School Head as and when required


• Ensure timely submission of Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports


• Plan and ensure timely follow-ups for all sales and marketing activities


• Regularly update the information on the School App and website


• Liaise with vendors for materials and services required at school


• Handle administrative work related to admissions, withdrawals and support all activities related to the management of children in school


• Build a bond between the School and the Parent Community


• Conducting Events as an when required as per the Corporate Team guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with 2-5 years experience in Hospitality / Sales / Marketing / Front- Office


• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral


• A go-getter with a pleasing personality and good social skills


• Experience in an international pre-school segment will be an added advantage

Role details:
