• Drive admissions and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the center.
• Convert parent inquiries into successful admissions.
• Plan and execute outdoor marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.
• Generate leads through events, roadshows, and in-center engagement activities.
• Support staff engagement and retention to build a motivated team.
• Foster strong parent relationships through regular engagement and communication.
• Ensure effective implementation of the academic curriculum and center processes.
• Conduct parent interactions and home visits, wherever required, to discuss children's development.
• Maximize center revenue through strategic planning and execution.
• Achieve sales and admission targets while maintaining an exceptional parent experience.
