Fixed Salary: 4,00,000 p.a. | Performance Incentive: Up to 1,00,000 p.a. | Total CTC: 5,00,000 p.a. ( this for postgraduate MBA candidates)

About the Role

Orchids The International School is looking for energetic and customer-focused graduates to join as Parent Relationship Managers (PRMs). This role offers an exciting opportunity to build expertise in customer engagement, business development, stakeholder management, and relationship management within one of India's leading K-12 education organizations.

As a PRM, you will be responsible for guiding prospective parents through the admission journey, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Parent Engagement & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with prospective/existing parents, understand requirements, deliver exceptional customer experience, and serve as primary contact for admission queries.
• Lead Management & Conversion: Handle leads from digital campaigns, events, referrals, and walk-ins; conduct inbound/outbound calls; schedule campus visits/counselling; follow up regularly to improve conversions.
• Admissions & Business Development: Guide parents through admission/documentation, support branch targets, participate in marketing events, and identify growth opportunities.
• Customer Service Excellence: Resolve parent concerns promptly, maintain high satisfaction, and coordinate with academic/admin teams.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain records in CRM, track lead status and conversion metrics, and prepare activity reports.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Academics, and Leadership teams on customer experience and admissions initiatives.
