Job summary

K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks a Female-only Parent Relationship Manager to counsel parents for admissions and guide them through policies. This role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on building trust with families.

The ideal candidate has MBA or is in final year, strong English communication, local language skills, and comfort with children and parents. Hindi knowledge is an advantage; presentation and persuasion are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA or in final year.
• Fluent English communication; knowledge of local language.
• Hindi knowledge is an advantage.
• Must be comfortable with kids; presentable and able to convince parents.

Responsibilities

• Counsel parents for student admissions and persuade them to enroll as per policies.
• Provide solutions to applicant problems regarding admission via telephone, F2F, and written communication.
• Review student records, input data and generate letters/lists using applicant databases.
• Collaborate with Zonal Heads to make admission decisions for school programs.
• Maintain good relationships with parents to understand and meet their needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Counsel the parent for student on admission, convince them to get admission as per the policies and procedures.
• Need to offer solutions to applicant problems and requests regarding admission via telephone or F2F and in writing.
• Review student records, inputs data and generates letters and/or lists utilizing applicant databases.
• Work closely with the Zonal Heads for Schools admission in making admission decisions for school programs.
• Maintain good relationship with parents to understand the parents needs and cater to their requirements.

Qualification & Skills

• Must have completed MBA or in Final year.
• Good Communication skills (Fluent English) and must know the local Language.

Knowing Hindi will be an advantage.

• Should be super comfortable with kids.
• Presentable and need to Convince parents.
