Job summary

K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd., which manages Orchids The International School, is hiring a Parent Relationship Manager (Inside Sales) to engage with prospective parents onsite in Bangalore.

You will follow up, counsel on admissions and programs, handle queries, and maintain admission records while building trustful relationships with families. The role operates 6 days a week with performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have a Graduate degree; MBA candidates preferred.
• Strong English communication and fluency in the local language.
• Good interpersonal, convincing and communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in data management.
• Comfortable interacting with parents and children.
