Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis using the 4 M (Man, Machine, Method, Material) framework to address quality and process issues.
• Employ the 7 Quality Control tools to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Calculate and analyse departmental costs with focus on cost-saving initiatives.
• Supervise manpower and manage industrial relations for a productive team.
• Review control procedures and maintain process documentation for audit readiness.
• Conduct internal and external process audits to ensure compliance.
• Lead and motivate quality and production teams with clear direction.
• Analyze daily issues and provide countermeasures and long-term improvements.
• Compile daily, monthly, and yearly reports with quality defect analysis and recommendations.
• Facilitate interdepartmental coordination to streamline operations.
• Promote cost-conscious approach in the paint shop.
