Job summary

RGBSI in Chennai is seeking a Paint Layout Engineer with 3+ years of experience to support automotive OEM plant layout for BIW/GA and paint lines. You will participate in end-to-end model cycles and use simulation tools to optimize layouts.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, Navisworks and Technomatix is required. This on-site role offers exposure to industrial engineering and digital manufacturing systems within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive OEM environments is required.
• Proficient in plant layout for BIW/GA/paint lines.
• Strong CAD/3D modelling and digital manufacturing tooling.

Responsibilities

• Should have worked in Automotive OEM; in Plant Layout for BIW/GA /Paint Lines.
• Handle end-to-end new model cycles at least once.
• Programming/simulation using Plant Simulation and related tools (Technomatix).
• Support Industrial Engineering and Digital Manufacturing initiatives.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, Navisworks for layout validation.
