Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a Paint Layout Engineer for Chennai location with 3+ years of experience. The role involves plant layout design for BIW, GA and Paint Lines in an automobile OEM setting.

You will work on end-to-end models and leverage plant simulation tools such as Tecnomatix to optimize digital manufacturing systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks and Navisworks is essential for creating accurate layouts and simulations.

Qualifications

• Should have worked in Automobile OEM; in Plant Layout for BIW/GA/Paint Lines.
• New Model End to End at least one cycle.
• Plant Simulation Software Programming/Simulation Tools Technomatix.
• Industrial Engineering & Innovation - Enterprise Manufacturing Management, Digital Manufacturing Systems.
• AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive plant layout design for BIW/GA and Paint Lines in OEM context.
• Lead end-to-end new model cycle planning and execution.
• Implement digital manufacturing and simulation tools to optimize processes.
• Collaborate on enterprise manufacturing management and digital manufacturing systems.
• Create and maintain layouts using CAD/3D tools (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, Navisworks).
