Job summary

Relaxo is seeking a production/packing operator to manage conveyor operations, ensure daily packing targets, and monitor material quality on site in Haryana/Jhajjar. The role involves coordinating contract workers, implementing packing plans, and maintaining process quality.

The ideal candidate will operate the conveyor independently, resolve basic technical issues, and ensure final packaging meets standards and markings. This is a hands-on, on-site role in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating conveyors in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Ability to maintain quality norms and process control during production.
• Ability to coordinate multitask responsibilities on a production line.

Responsibilities

• To undertake trouble shooting of technical problems on the conveyor.
• To implement the packing plan and monitor packing quality.
• To manage a diverse workforce and extract work from contractual staff.
• To multi-skill workmen at the conveyor and ensure daily packing targets are met.
• To check the quality of packing material and ensure correct final packaging.
