Job summary

Yuto in Noida is seeking an experienced PMC Executive to manage production planning, material planning, scheduling and cross-functional coordination for smooth operations and timely order execution.

The role requires strong PPC/PMC knowledge, material planning, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP. You will collaborate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales and Quality teams to meet deadlines and optimize resources.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Plan timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and production inputs.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Quality teams.
• Monitor progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Prepare and maintain production planning reports, MIS, and trackers.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Purchase/Stores to avoid shortages or excess.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Support capacity planning and scheduling with available resources.
• Maintain documentation related to production planning and material requirements.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and production requirements.
• Plan and ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other production requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Quality teams for smooth execution of production plans.
• Monitor production progress against planned schedules and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Prepare and maintain production planning reports, MIS, and trackers.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Purchase/Stores to avoid material shortages or excess inventory.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure on-time delivery as per customer requirements.
• Support capacity planning and production scheduling based on available resources.
• Maintain proper documentation related to production planning and material requirements.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with experience in Printing & Packaging / Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
• Experience in planning for folding cartons, rigid boxes, corrugated boxes, or similar packaging products will be an added advantage.

Education

Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in relevant discipline preferred.
