Job summary

Asoj Soft Caps is seeking a PPIC professional for our Vadodara-based pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. The role focuses on Production & Packing Planning, Inventory Control and Material Planning to ensure timely availability of RM/PM and on-time batch completion.

You will coordinate with Production, Packing, Stores, Purchase, QA/QC and Dispatch, monitor plan vs. actual, manage packaging artwork coordination, and maintain PPIC MIS alongside stock and material status reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate in pharmacy, science or commerce with operations focus.

Department: Production Planning & Inventory Control

Job Profile:

Responsible for Production & Packing Planning, Inventory Control and Material Planning in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Coordinate with Production, Packing, Stores, Purchase, QA/QC and Dispatch for timely availability of RM/PM and completion of batches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & packing schedule preparation and follow-up.
• RM/PM planning and inventory control.
• Coordination with Production, Packing, Stores, Purchase and QA/QC.
• Monitor production/packing Plan vs. Actual.
• Finished Goods and dispatch planning.
• Coordinate carton, label, leaflet, shipper and packaging artwork/design, including dieline/inlet and specification changes.
• Maintain PPIC MIS, stock and material status reports.
• Ensure timely material availability and smooth production/packing operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP preferred.
• Pharma manufacturing GMP experience preferred.
