Job summary

Marksans Pharma Ltd. is seeking an experienced supervisor for Bottle Line/Blister Packing operations in Goa. You will lead day-to-day packing activities, ensure equipment runs smoothly, and enforce GMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR, and line clearance standards.

The role requires hands-on experience in bottle line/blister packing, ability to work in shifts, and knowledge of GMP and material reconciliation to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in shifts and manage packing lines

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day Bottle Line / Blister Packing operations as per production plan.
• Operate and monitor packing equipment and ensure smooth line operations.
• Perform and supervise machine setup, changeover and line clearance activities.
• Ensure packing activities are carried out as per approved SOPs, BMR/BPR and GMP requirements.
• Perform and verify in-process checks during packing operations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of packing materials and finished/semi-finished products.
• Monitor manpower allocation and ensure operators follow SOPs and safety requirements.
• Maintain proper hygiene of the packing area.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Pharm / B.Sc. / relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Experience: 15 years in pharmaceutical packing operations.
• Hands-on experience in Bottle Line/ Blister Packing is essential.
• Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR, line clearance and material reconciliation.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing will be preferred.
