Job description

The Packing Officer will manage cosmetic packing operations, packing line coordination, material verification, documentation, line clearance, and quality‑focused packing workflow at Helios, Ahmedabad.

• Manage daily cosmetic packing operations as per packing instructions and SOPs.
• Verify packing materials, labels, cartons, product details, batch numbers, and expiry details.
• Coordinate packing line setup, line clearance, material arrangement, and area readiness.
• Monitor packing quality, sealing, labeling, coding, carton packing, and final appearance.
• Maintain batch packing records, packing logs, cleaning records, and documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with production, QA, QC, warehouse, engineering, and packing team members.
• Report packing defects, material mismatch, machine issues, or process deviations promptly.
• Follow GMP, GDP, safety, hygiene, and data integrity standards during packing operations.
• Support material reconciliation, packing yield calculation, and finished goods transfer.
• Guide packing staff and helpers on proper packing process and documentation.
• Ensure timely packing output with quality and compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe packing area.
