Job summary

Drlogy in Ahmedabad is looking for a QC Officer to manage quality control documentation, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance. The candidate should have a graduate or postgraduate qualification with 3–5 years of quality control experience.

The duties include testing packaging materials, maintaining QC records, and coordinating with various teams for quality assurance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling, testing, and analysis of packaging materials or assigned QC samples as per specifications.
• Verify printed and non‑printed packaging materials including labels, cartons, foils, leaflets, and containers.
• Maintain QC records, analytical reports, inspection records, logbooks, and documentation accurately.
• Check artwork details, dimensions, colour shade, text matter, barcode, batch coding area, and material quality.
• Coordinate with QA, warehouse, purchase, production, packaging, and vendor teams.
• Report material defects, documentation mismatch, OOS, OOT, or quality observations promptly.
• Follow GMP, GLP, GDP, data integrity, laboratory safety, and QC documentation standards.
• Support instrument handling, calibration checks, and inspection equipment readiness.
• Assist in vendor complaint investigation and packaging material discrepancy closure.
• Maintain proper sample storage, reference samples, and rejected material records.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality system compliance activities.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely quality control support.
