Job summary

Unison Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced candidate for the OSD packing role in Gujarat. The position involves handling both primary and secondary packing of tablets and capsules, ensuring line clearance and material verification, and maintaining compliance with GMP and SOPs.

The candidate will coordinate with QA/QC, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to ensure packing activities align with the production plan and achieve timely completion.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc or equivalents with 12 years of OSD packing experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle primary and secondary packing of OSD products (Tablets/Capsules).
• Perform line clearance, changeover and packing material verification.
• Maintain BPR, logbooks and reconciliation records.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP and safety requirements.
• Monitor packing operations, rejection and wastage.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse and Engineering teams.
• Ensure timely completion of packing activities as per production plan.
