The Officer – External Preparation will support production operations, external preparation, manufacturing process execution, equipment readiness, batch documentation, and GMP compliance at Helios, Ahmedabad. This requires a graduate or post‑graduate qualification with 2–5 years of experience in production and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support external preparation and manufacturing activities as per approved SOPs.
• Check material availability, equipment cleanliness, and line clearance before production work.
• Assist in production process execution, material handling, and equipment operation.
• Maintain batch records, cleaning logs, equipment usage records, and production documentation.
• Monitor basic process parameters, product handling, and production area discipline.
• Coordinate with production seniors, QA, QC, warehouse, and engineering teams.
• Follow GMP, GDP, safety, hygiene, PPE, and manufacturing area instructions.
• Report process deviations, material mismatch, machine issues, or safety concerns promptly.
• Support changeover, cleaning, area readiness, and material reconciliation activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working practices in the production area.
• Support timely completion of production targets.
• Ensure smooth, compliant, and quality‑focused production support.
