Job summary

Supergo – FlexiSpot in Tirupati is seeking a Packaging Specialist to prepare and pack ergonomic desks for shipment. You will select materials, adhere to packaging specs, label and organize packages, and inspect items for damage.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in packing and handling products safely and efficiently.
• Experience or knowledge in packaging design/engineering for furniture or similar products.
• Ability to perform quality control checks on products and packaging to meet company standards.
• Research skills to help identify improved packaging materials, methods, and cost-effective solutions.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to follow written instructions and safety guidelines.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages as required, and to stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in packaging or engineering is an advantage.
